REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

REFUND / RETURNS POLICY — MKX SKATE (mkxskate.com)

Legal Entity: MKX Sports LLC (Dubai Mainland) operating under MKX Skate
Effective Date: 06 February 2026
Last Updated: 06 February 2026

This Refund / Returns Policy (“Refund Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and product returns (if applicable) are handled for MKX Skate services and purchases. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By registering, purchasing, or participating in any MKX Skate service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1) General Principle — Reservations and Operational Planning

MKX Skate programs operate with reserved capacity, staffing, venue scheduling, and operational planning. Once a slot is reserved, resources are allocated. For this reason, fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

2) Training Programs (Private, Group, Family, Community, Clubs, Parks, Malls, Institutions)

A) Registration Fees / Program Fees

  • Non-refundable once registration is confirmed and/or a slot is reserved.
  • If a participant does not attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), the session may be counted as used.

B) Packages and Multi-Session Plans

  • Package payments are non-refundable once the package is activated (first session used or schedule confirmed).
  • MKX may offer a credit or make-up session only where operationally feasible and only if requested within the specified time window (if provided).

C) Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and may still count as a full session.
3) Schools, Kindergartens, Universities, and Organizational Programs
  • Institutional programs are planned as operational projects (staffing, schedules, logistics).
  • Payments made by schools/institutions/organizations are non-refundable once confirmed, unless MKX cancels the program and cannot provide an alternative arrangement.
  • Any adjustments, postponements, or credits (if any) are handled under the written agreement or proposal terms for that institution.
4) Camps (Summer/Winter) and Special Programs
  • Camp fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
  • If MKX provides a written option for credits or transfers, such options (if offered) will be subject to availability, deadlines, and administrative fees (if any).
5) Events, Competitions, Festivals, and Tickets
  • Event registrations and tickets are generally non-refundable once confirmed, as event capacity and production costs are allocated in advance.
  • If an event is postponed, the registration may be transferred to the new date (where possible).
  • If an event is cancelled by MKX and no alternative is offered, MKX may provide a refund or credit at its discretion and subject to the method of payment and accounting constraints.
6) When MKX Cancels or Reschedules

If MKX cancels a session/program/event due to operational reasons, safety concerns, venue unavailability, weather, or other circumstances:

  • MKX will aim to provide a rescheduled session, make-up session, or credit where feasible.
  • Refunds may be provided only if MKX cancels a service and cannot reasonably offer a replacement or credit option.
7) Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Circumstances

MKX is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, MKX may offer rescheduling or credit where feasible. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be limited based on non-recoverable operational costs.

8) Medical Reasons / Injuries

Medical inability to participate does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where feasible, MKX may consider offering a credit for unused sessions, subject to documentation and approval.

9) Payment Method and Processing Fees

Refunds (if approved) are issued only to the original payment method where possible. Bank charges and card processing fees may be deducted.

10) Duplicate Payments / Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with proof. Verified billing errors may be corrected through a refund or credit.

11) Shop Products — Returns & Exchanges
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Hygiene/safety items (e.g., used protective gear) are non-returnable.
  • Shipping/delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
12) How to Request Support
